Welcome to the Revolut POS iOS app! This guide provides an overview of the key steps required to get started.
1. Install the app
- Open the App Store on your iOS device.
- Search for Revolut POS and tap Download.
- Once the installation is complete, open the app.
2. Log in
- Launch the Revolut POS app.
- Enter your Revolut Business account credentials.
- Confirm the login attempt with the Revolut Business app or your email.
- Tap Log in to access the app.
Only team members with the appropriate POS permissions can log in to the app. Ensure the permissions are assigned in the Revolut Business web app.
3. Connect card reader
To connect your Revolut Reader, follow the instructions in the Settings: Connect card reader section. This will guide you through pairing the reader and ensuring it's ready to accept payments.

4. Set up table service (optional)
If your business provides table service, setting up table maps in the Revolut POS app allows you to streamline order management and improve staff efficiency. Table service features help you assign orders to specific tables, manage multiple orders simultaneously, and provide a seamless dining experience for customers.

5. Configure printers (optional)
Setting up printers in the Revolut POS iOS app allows you to seamlessly print receipts and kitchen orders directly from your device.

6. Sync products
The app automatically syncs your product catalog from the Revolut POS web app upon login. If you make updates to your catalog, navigate to Settings > General settings and click Re-sync to refresh the data.
