Get started

Welcome to the Revolut POS app for iOS! Manage payments and operations conveniently from your iPad or iPhone, anytime, anywhere. This guide will walk you through the key steps to get started.

1. Install the app

  1. Open the App Store on your device.
  2. Search for Revolut POS and tap Download.
  3. Once the installation is complete, open the app.

2. Log in

  1. Launch the app.
  2. Enter your Revolut Business account credentials.
  3. Confirm the login attempt with your preferred method.
  4. Tap Log in to access the app.

Only team members added to the Revolut Business account under the Team section can log in to the Revolut POS app. To grant access, invite team members via the Revolut Business web app, assign their roles, and provide the required POS permissions.

3. Choose your location

Once logged in, select a location where you want to use the POS app.

You can set up locations via the Revolut Business web portal under > Business account > Merchant profile > Locations.

4. Connect your Revolut Reader

To connect your Revolut Reader, follow the instructions in the Hardware settings: Connect card reader section. This will guide you through pairing the reader and ensuring it's ready to accept payments.

5. Set up table service

Setting up a table floor in the Revolut POS iOS app makes managing orders easier and helps your staff work more efficiently. With table service, you can assign each order to the right table, handle several orders at once, and deliver a smooth dining experience to your guests.

6. Set up your printers (optional)

Setting up printers in the Revolut POS iOS app allows you to seamlessly print receipts and kitchen orders directly from your device.

7. Sync products

The app automatically syncs your product catalog from the Revolut POS web portal upon login. If you make updates to your catalogue, navigate to More and tap on Sync with web portal to refresh the data.
