Transactions

The Transactions menu in the Revolut POS iOS app provides an overview of all completed orders, including details such as payment methods, order items, and customer-specific information. This feature allows merchants to issue refunds, view and reprint receipts for past transactions.

1. Navigate to Transactions from the main menu to view the list of all completed orders.
2. Use the Search by order # field at the top to find specific transactions quickly.
3. Transactions are listed chronologically by date and time, with key details displayed for each order, including:
   • Order number
   • Total amount
   • Payment method
   • Order status
   • Bill-level notes

View transaction details​

1. Select any transaction from the list to view its details.
2. The transaction details screen includes:
   • Products: All items included in the order, along with modifiers, quantities, and pricing.
   • Order summary: Subtotal, taxes, service charges, discounts, and tip amounts.
   • Payment details: Payment method, date, and amount.

From the transaction details screen, you can perform the following actions:

• Refund: Issue a refund for a completed order.
  1. Tap Refund at the bottom of the transaction screen.
  2. Confirm the refund to process it.
• Receipt: Print or resend the receipt for the transaction.
  1. Tap Receipt to view receipt options.
  2. Select to either print or send the receipt via email.
• Reprint order ticket: Tap the ... menu to reprint the order ticket. This is useful for providing duplicate kitchen or customer receipts.
