This page covers a variety of additional tools and settings to help you get the most out of your Revolut Terminal. You'll learn how to manage multiple locations, set up your product catalogue, configure taxes, manage team members' access, and generate detailed reports.
The settings screen lets you customise various aspects of your Revolut Terminal. Access the settings by selecting the More menu in the bottom navigation bar. From there, you can choose from the following categories:
Checkout:
Enable or disable automatic printing of merchant receipts.
Enable or disable tipping and customise the tip percentage.
The location assigned to your Terminal determines how your business details appear on customer receipts. Additionally, if you're using parked bills, it's essential that your Terminal's location matches the one used in your POS.
To update the location used by your Terminal:
On your Terminal, go to the More > General.
Select Locations, here you can see all your configured locations.
Tap the location you wish to assign for the Terminal.
Go back to the main screen, now you can accept payments on your selected location.
With your Revolut Business account, you can create your own product/service catalogue to streamline your checkout process. The product and catalogue management feature allows you to define your product offerings, and organise them into categories.
Categories help organise products for easier management. They allow you to group similar products together, making it easier to find and process items during transactions.
After your team members receive the invite link, they need to complete the registration process.
Once registered, download the Revolut Business app.
They can use their credentials to log in.
Once your team members have an active Revolut Business account, they can use their credentials to log in to the Terminal. For more information, see Get started: Log in.
