If you encounter any issues or need assistance with your Revolut Terminal, contact our support team 24/7 using the in-app chat.

Our support team is available through the Revolut Business app for instant assistance.

  1. Open the Revolut Business app on your mobile device or in your browser.
  2. Click your profile and go to Help from the app menu.
  3. Navigate to Merchant payments > Revolut Terminal and choose one of the topics and questions.
  4. Tap Chat with us to connect with our support team.

Returns and warranty

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Revolut Terminal. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide to return the terminal for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund the full cost to your Revolut Business account.

Additionally, the terminal is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects. If your device experiences a fault during the first year, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling.
