Reject handling

Unexpected messages are rejected by Revolut FIX Gateway by sending the 3 (Session Level Reject) message.

Possible rejection reasons are:

• Missing mandatory tag
• Incorrect tag value or no tag value
• Unknown message type
• Tag provided multiple times
• Other errors
