## Chat support

Our support team is available through the Revolut Business app for instant assistance.

1. Open the **Revolut Business app** on your mobile device or in your browser.
1. Click your profile and go to **Help** from the app menu.
1. Navigate to **Merchant payments > Revolut Reader and product catalogue** and choose one of the topics and questions.
1. Tap **`Chat with us`** to connect with our support team.

Our team is ready to assist you with troubleshooting, account inquiries, or any questions about the Revolut Reader.

## Returns and warranty

The Revolut Reader comes with a 12-month warranty. Faulty readers covered under the warranty will be replaced free of charge; however, issues caused by mishandling are not covered and will not be replaced. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you return the reader within 30 days of the purchase date, we'll refund its cost to your Revolut Business account.
