# Retrieve a disbursement refund

Retrieve the details of a disbursement refund. Provide the unique disbursement refund ID, and the corresponding refund information is returned.

Card schemes can reverse a completed disbursement, for example in case of fraud or a customer complaint. When that happens, the funds are returned to your merchant account and the reversal appears as a disbursement refund, announced with the `DISBURSEMENT_REFUND_COMPLETED` webhook event. The webhook event contains the ID you can use with this endpoint.

Disbursement refund retrieved

#### Response attributes

- `id` (string)
    Permanent disbursement refund ID used for disbursement refund operations.
- `received_at` (string)
    The time the refund was received.
- `amount` (integer)
    The amount of the refund in minor currency units.
- `currency` (string)
    [ISO 4217](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_4217) currency code in upper case.

- `disbursement_id` (string)
    The ID of the refunded disbursement.
