Following an update to the Payment status update, Payment status `Pending` will now be the first status returned on most payment initiation requests, instead of `AcceptedSettlementInProcess`.

Status `AcceptedSettlementInProcess` is still expected to be returned shortly after, once all internal checks have been completed.
Final payment initiation status will still be `AcceptedSettlementCompleted`.

This change has no impact on overall payment processing times.
